Any/all advice appreciated: I have spinal stenosis, sciatica etc. & sold the only chair that was comfortable for me (thought I had another one that was fine but it's not). Sold it for $325 & a new one would be almost 3 grand!! I'm super depressed. I can't even sit on my own sofa either😔

It's so easy to ignore "off year" elections, because there's usually less promotion & the stakes seem minor. They aren't. Your local & state officials are the ones who can either deflect Trump's poison or abet it, with state & local laws, appointments, etc. Vote like your life depends on it. It may.

10/30/25 They are working until 11/16/25. No back pay upon returning to work. Health Insurance only covered by employer thru end of Nov. Employees will need to buy COBRA (hugely expensive) if they want to keep insurance. These are people who design nuclear reactors for subs & aircraft carriers!
