Listening to Fabian Hurzeler interview on TRIF, he says he enjoyed watching De Cuyper in the WC this summer and learned he could play left wing effectively. I think this is a long term change not just a reaction to injuries.

Decision to keep Mbeumo was the right one. Wish I’d gone with my gut and put Barnes in for Ndiaye and played him instead of my third striker. HOWEVER… encouraging for Ndiaye and happy to have two Eve assets for GW5. FH4 incoming… watch Bruno and Haaland haul next week 🫣

Must remember this period is “Spicy Starters”, so I think the spiciest thing I can do atm is keep MU assets for GW3 and 5, bring players in for Tzolis and Ndiaye for GW3 and 5, stick to FH4 as planned. Thinking KDH and Barnes for GW3 and 5. Everton - (H) v MU and IPS, New - (H) v BOU and HUL. WC6 🔐
