A CA court denied the GEO Group’s motion for summary judgment, allowing the case over the death of Martin Vargas Arellano at Adelanto to proceed toward a jury trial. The court rejected every argument GEO raised for why it shouldn't have to answer for his death. More at: nipnlg.org/news/press-r...
