Finally got back into drawing after not really doing any since last semester! Here's a fun little drawing of my fursona that I ultimately decided to make into a sticker! :3 shoutout to @meteor_showerz for reminding me how to draw and for putting up with me […] [Original post on mastodon.online]
Headshot drawing of my fursona, an American marten colored with several shades of brown and tan. He has bright orange markings on his face and neck, and golden mostly round glasses. There's a series of bright outlines around the headshot, green, orange, and then white, making it look more like a sticker.

A new NUSGet release it out! This release doesn't have any functional changes from v1.5.2, but the Windows binaries are now signed thanks to a free signing certificate from the SignPath Foundation (signpath.org)! This should hopefully mean no more issues where Windows users have to […]

And of course this couldn’t have been done without the help of @DamiDoop! She did a lot of the work of prettying up the UI when I had absolutely no patience for it. Oh and you have to go look at the nutrition facts because that’s my favorite thing that she did. Lastly, if you’d prefer to get […]

Popped in to ~/Library/ to clean up the application support files for an app I was uninstalling and discovered that someone isn't handling their paths correctly. I’m especially amused because this means they must be building that path themselves, instead of […] [Original post on mastodon.online]

Just submitted my application for access to production in Google Play Console for TigerDine! Once Google (hopefully) accepts my application, TigerDine for Android will be widely available on the Play Store. From here I'll be working on some polish, and then […] [Original post on mastodon.online]
Heading: "Apply for access to production"
Body: "Production is where you make your app available to billions of users on Google Play. Before you can apply for production access, you need to run a closed test which meets our criteria. When you apply, you'll also need to answer some questions about your closed test."

Below this is a card:

iPhone “slide to power off” screen. There are three sliders, stacked vertically. The first and second are white on translucent backgrounds and say “slide to power off” and “medical ID”, respectively. The third one is red on a translucent background, with bright red “SOS” text on the part you slide, and the text “emergency call”. The red “SOS” text is using HDR and appears much brighter than all other color on the screen.

Okay I was doing a totally unrelated software update and OS X decided to update iDVD from 7.1 -> 7.1.2 as well and that seems to have fixed the crashing. Still amused that whatever bug this was doesn’t just crash iDVD but instead brings the entire OS down too lol

And yes this is reproducible, every time I try to make a new project in iDVD OS X just panics. I have no idea why but it’s funny lol

In the center of the screen is a window displaying an empty iDVD project. The text of an OS X kernel panic is printed over the entire contents of the screen, showing that the OS has crashed.

i’m fucking crying 😭 this guy installed a malware that keeps redirecting his queries through Yahoo, and vibe coded an extension that redirects Yahoo to Google, probably not understanding that he has malware 😭 😭
screenshot of a reddit post titled "finally!! built a solution preventing yahoo taking over my chrome". the text reads:
"so, i was basically annoyed by yahoo taking over my google search engine every other day, and i had to go to settings and change it every time.
so i built this extension which prevents that, and you won’t even realize if your search engine gets taken over.
what it basically does is redirect your queries to your selected search engine whenever it detects that yahoo has taken over. it does this automatically, so you don’t have to go into settings again and again. you can also choose the search engine according to your preference.
requesting you guys to show some love. it’s completely free.
i’m open to suggestions, criticism, or any improvements/features i can add.
also, if you guys have any other problems or need a small tool that could help, let me know. i’d be happy to work on it."
the image at the top also shows text including "yahoo tries to hijack. we silently stop it." and a counter showing "47 redirects blocked."
