I'm so happy with this engine now. Water reflections, particles, lighting... so many features that make my silly little pixels look amazing. I owe so much to Nez and @monogame.net for this. (Shards of a God is the sequel to the critically reviewed, multi award losing game Quantum Witch)

Shards is now running on a new engine. Bloom, DoF, god rays, particles, hilly and terraced terrain - all done! This is running on a laptop 5060 at 800fps. On an iGPU expect 80-100fps. This scene has about 2000 sprites for the dense grass field parts, all casting and catching shadows.
