Every winter I've rented in this place, it's been impossible to keep it heated correctly bc it's so drafty. Well, I just did everybody a favor and installed a breeze block under the front door. Also fixed the porch light, back porch light, toilet seat & shower door. Property Mgr doesn't fix a thing
