Idk why some ppl think it’s radical to treat kids like equal humans? Obv in age-appropriate ways, but my dad was recently like “in my day kids preferences didn’t matter. You were the kid, you didn’t get a say.” And I said “I just don’t think that’s any way to treat a human” and he was startled… ???
