Use this prompt at the end of your coding session: "analyze 1/ correctness 2/ typesafety 3/ clean code 4/ security 5/ performance 6/ clean dead code. focus on your changes specifically. you're allowed to refactor, don't worry about introducing potential side-effects, prefer clean code to this risk"

One day when AI will learn by itself how to code, it will reinvent languages and frameworks from scratch and all our work will go to garbage. One day the new generation of agents will be vibe coding apps themselves in seconds based on our context.

I'm more bullish for agents using ucan.xyz to authenticate than crypto directly. I wouldn't trust an agent to handle my bank account. But I can trust them to do some actions that are ultimately potentially being charged, so long as I am monitoring it. Ucan is very simple and powerful.

having used claude extensively for the past couple of months, i think there is still a lot of value to understanding your code and steering it intentionally. the amount of incidental complexity claude accumulates otherwise (which mostly results in bugs that it can't ever fix reliably) is staggering.

LLM won't kill software engineering. Quite the opposite. So much more work is FINALLY at reach. Things were so slow before. It's still kinda slow now, but we can build so much FASTER! As a founder and a builder with so many ideas I have no time to work on (even now), it's super exciting!

The simplest approach would be for atproto to support did:key instead of did:plc. And then allow upgrading/merging did:key guest accounts into did:plc/did:web accounts.

Even with option 3, a fundamental property of AT Protocol doesn't change: your PDS holds your signing key and can sign content on your behalf. Keeping a rotation key client-side makes walking away easier, but a malicious provider could still forge posts under your name until you rotate.

Has anyone in the atproto ecosystem thought about lightweight "guest" accounts? For things like deliberation tools (such as Polis or Agora), people need to be able to participate without even logging in. Open a link, vote, done.

For dds.xyz, we need appviews to manage the same organizations across different contexts. On Bluesky you can create an org account like @agoracitizen.network, but that has real limitations for collaborative work.
