Oh yeah, I def use them to PURGE ALL BRAIN CONTENTS. I need to get better at recording them more permanently, more than taking a pic and forgetting it to the abyss of my phone storage lol Writing reminders for small tasks as big as can fit on the entire board has been super useful at least 😂

That is peak ADHD right there lmao I recently put up two giant white boards in my home office, including a planner one, to help me record and organize ideas and tasks. So far they have only been used to scribble down ideas for a D&D campaign I've been hyperfixating on 🤣
