Tidmouth Container Yard. Situated not far from the harbour, it is one of Sodor’s most modern (and tightly packed) facilities. Be sure not to miss the place in action when it appears in #SudricLegends episode 9! Coming late 2026

"Wake up, Lazy Bones! Why don't you hard like me?" ~Book 2: Thomas & Gordon. Happy 81st Anniversary to the Railway Series! Here's submission number one (haha get it?) for the #RWSESCollab this year in 2026. #ttte #tttefanart #rws #railwayseries #thomasthetankengine #thomasandfriends #fanart

Full image, full colored fanart illustration of the Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends story, Thomas and Gordon, from the Railway Series book Thomas the Tank Engine. Three parallel straight railway tracks stretch the entire horizontal length of the image, with a dark yellowish ground underneath, and in the background are green, grassy hillsides. A brown fence separates the railway tracks from the vegetation, and dark brown telephone/utility poles with wires also stretching the horizontal length parallel to the tracks. The sky is cerulean blue with white, fluffy clouds. A large dark blue 4-6-2 steam locomotive with a matching blue tender named Gordon, who's numbered "4" on his coal tender, is sitting on the middle track. He is sleeping, as evident by the white speech bubble saying 'Z'. This is Gordon, the Big Blue Engine. Another blue engine, who is much smaller with an 0-6-0 wheel arrangement and no tender, is sneakily creeping up behind him in the foreground on the track closest to the viewer's POV. This is Thomas, the Tank Engine. He has a cheeky look on his face, and like Gordon, has dark blue paint with red striping and boiler bands, red frame with light gray running board, black smoke box and funnel, and cab roof with yellow window frames. He is numbered "1".

"Off to see the world now, Thomas?" "Yes, Edward - I am!" ~Book 2: Thomas and the Breakdown Train. Happy 81st Anniversary to the Railway Series! Here's submission no. 2 for the #RWSESCollab this year in 2026. #ttte #tttefanart #rws #railwayseries #thomasthetankengine #thomasandfriends #fanart

Full image, full colored fanart illustration of the Thomas & Friends story, Thomas and the Breakdown Train, from the Railway Series book, Thomas the Tank Engine. Three parallel railway tracks stretch the full diagonal length of the image, with the background being green, grassy hillsides in a busy country setting. A dark blue steam locomotive with a matching tender named Edward, who's numbered "2", is at a station platform on the right (viewer left) coming directly at the viewer with a very calm, satisfied expression and dark red coaches coupled behind him. He has a headlamp on the top of his smoke box, indicating he's a stopping service train. Having the same head code is a smaller blue steam locomotive with no tender on the track opposite the station platform (viewer right) named Thomas who also has red stripes on his blue boiler, tanks, and cab, and also has a red chassis with a light gray running board. He looks at Edward with laughter, elation and pride, acknowledging Thomas achieved his goal of seeing the world by running his own branch line, as Edward looks on with pride for his student. Smoke swirls out of both locomotives' stacks. A rectangular sign says "KNAPFORD" in san-serif text on the dark gray platform with white edges. The triangular canopy over the platform is green with dark gray wood texture on top of the roof. An orange building houses a brown haired ticket master. On the platform are Edward's fireman, a brown man with dark hair in a dark blue crew uniform, Thomas' driver, a blonde tan man also in the dark blue uniform, a black man in a light brown hat and suit sitting on the bench facing away from the viewer, and a light-skinned elf with silver hair in pigtails sleeping on the bench facing the viewer. Also on the platform is a woman with pinkish-blonde, bob-cut hair, in a gray sweater and periwinkle blue skirt that reaches to her ankles and a small boy with white skin and black hair and a blue T-shirt showing Thomas a book with him on the cover.
