Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 10/10/2026And are we counting Warhammer 40K as kids books? 100+ episodes on the Horus Heresy when? 210
Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 10/10/2026TBH you could get 10 episodes of Molesworth. But v little would be from the text. You could episodic Biggles, but again, WW1 feels like cheating. 110
Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 10/10/2026At least that way you got to hear the original and be pleasantly surprised. Rather than hearing it for the first time tonight and being disgusted. 100
Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Someone shared the chapter list from wizard of earthsea. I read it reasonably recently and I think some of those chapters would be very padded at an hour. Maybe 10 episodes but some are an hour some 30 minutes. 000
Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 10/10/2026That's it. OP meant a single book. How dense/long is a book that you can get 10 hours of it? None of those are kids books. 100
Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 10/10/2026I'm sure you think this is funny, but have you thought what impact you'll have on Sam Altman's car's feelings? 120

Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 10/10/2026I think about the A12 more than is healthy. I agree and I think it's interesting that it's not been designated a motorway. My inference is that people want a wider road but don't want a motorway near them. 120

Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 09/10/2026How does that article fit with this quote from the report's author? Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 07/10/2026All his (that I've read) have been a bit psychotic, just in different ways. Red or Dead just the most extreme. 000
Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 07/10/2026I enjoyed Red or Dead but don't think I'd have finished it without being a Liverpool fan. On that basis i ignored Munichs. 110
Nick Croom @nickcroom.bsky.social · 06/10/2026He's only made 1 film that's wasn't a franchise and that looks like it made money. The issue is, how do you spend that much money making a comedy? 110
