Saw Max at my gate, the dog who screened us. She’s a TSA Explosives Detection Canine and started training at age one. These dogs are paired with a single TSA agent who she lives with. She is six. She works 8-hour shifts and gets lots of breaks, although the human needs more breaks than she does.
