Unintentionally ableist actions I’ve seen in schools include - insisting on contact (!) -social skills classes only for ND kids -sensory breaks only when a teachers says it’s ok -complete ban from discussing special interests What examples have you seen?

Before you say “we don’t have any ND staff at our school” consider this; ND people make up around 20% of the population so this is statistically unlikely. There is still a huge stigma attached to being ND in education so they may be masking. Is that possible?

I use AI for “planning” all sorts of things. Presentation, pitches, even whole Inset days, but in the same way a Google search isn’t “research “ AI isn’t “lesson planning “. It’s a tool. It gives you ideas. It’s only as good as the prompt. It won’t teacher planning. It’s an extra tool. Discuss 👇

There seem to be people raging against the single word Ofsted judgements being dropped. We don’t have them in Wales and it’s worked well. Why is dropping them a bad thing for English schools?
