One thing missing here is the catalyst of adult kids HAVING kids. I've seen several instances of adults having small children, looking at their parent's behavior with fresh eyes, then deciding to break abusive cycles & protect their kids.

My work basically required LLM use for writing mid-year reviews this year. I hate wriing these things, but i hate Ai even more violently. So, I wrote up my points/metrics, fed it into the damn thing- & it spat out what i wrote, the only change was adding a vapid sentence about "excited for change".

Oh, absolutely- I don't disagree at all! I just mean unintentional as in; i don't think the writers/artists/directors were thinking of trans people at all, but there's SO MUCH GENDER infused throughout that multiple Trans readings are readily apparent.

The thing killing me about this is i'm old enough that at my very first teen job interview (for a gas station!) i was OFFERED a beverage at the start. It was a hospitality norm to at least offer water, especially since there's so much talking. I refuse to be mad at people bringing a beverage.

My highschool did it, and it was a blast! One night we almost dropped some second-floor stage wall on people while flipping the set between acts, so I got to do my best impression of Atlas for a few seconds. The movie is very, very good- well worth watching.

Open hand is very solid and easy to reskin to a squillion different themes. I actually used it (with a couple choice feats) to make a guy-who-believes-so-hard-he's-an-actual-jedi character in a modern/urban fantasy one shot.

Agreed. In the process of teaching our sheltie many tricks & fetch... he taught himself picking up dropped objects. By sheer happenstance he wound up a service dog for my wife and takes his job very seriously. Is this the work shelties are known for? No! But he has a job with plenty of other play.

Yeah. I pitched painting the dining room fire engine red, because I thought it could carry it. (9ft walls, white ceiling for light reflection, 4 Huge windows, and big arched opening to a much cooler tone living room). Wife was terrified, but it turned out great- even if the next owner hates us.

We have a male (Goblin) & female (Kaegan) cat, both fixed. Goblin still occasionally pins Kaegan and does mounting behavior, but once in position just gets a really confused look like "OK, now what?". That's usually when I catch it & break it up, because poor Kaegan wants none of it.

God, I remember playing that the first time as a kid. Being pleasantly surprised the game got an actor i recognized, then just cracking up at this scene. Like, you can tell he's a microsecond away from giggling himself, and they kept that take!
