4 months ago I had gotten a steroid injection for my knee pain. It was great but my time is up and I'm feeling pain again 🥲 I'm hoping it's like when I had an injection in my knuckles where the pain did eventually fade away after the initial pain return 😭

Ok I'm done. I was hoping for one of the characters to not die but there were crazy death flags the last time we saw them so I knew it was inevitable 😔 Enjoyed the show! Definitely rewatchable if I could understand the language & not have to always be looking at the screen to know what's going on 😂

Ok so I haven't played DDR since like Sept/Oct & I decided to play again today & it felt amazing! This is also LITERALLY my first time doing cardio since then. I've strictly only done body weight & strength exercises. My body is in better condition & I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it!! 😭

Had physical therapy this past Wednesday for my knee. I got a cortisone shot for it a few weeks ago and it's been helping! So at the physical therapy they gave me a bunch of glute exercises to focus on and then we see how it's doing in 3-4 weeks! 👀

Honestly, the best way to make an artist’s day is by being very specific about what you like about a piece. Geek out a lil. Gush over how they use line, color, texture. Every mark is layed down by the artist, so if you can connect with those little moments, it helps the artist feel seen.

I'm entering week 4 of working out. Just simple stuff but the difference has been insane for me. I was sedentary for 5 years and *everything* hurt. I feel like my body belongs to me again 🥹 I'm still dealing with knee & hip pain but working out has made it easier to adapt to diff ways of moving!
