I use my watch standalone without phone nearby a lot of the time and this is a regression in almost every way. Losing the app switcher is a downgrade too! 000

The new app grid is mystery meat UI at its worst, on-device Siri is painfully slow (frequently 10+ second delay to set a timer on Ultra 3), and my shortcuts do not work consistently at all. 110
