Has anyone noticed an uptick in fanfiction obviously written using AI but not tagged with it? Because I sure have

I hate when I read things that cast WWX as the maker of his own misery and suffering. The issues in MDZS Are deeply and obviously systemic And recasting them as really just a result of his personality flaws in the context of real world systemic injustice just feels so...

I think of climate change each day and yet never post about it. i would probably virtually be a single issue voter for sane climate policy, it would be really hard to get me to vote for the other guy. but ever talking about it feels so pointless and odd ... like you get it

bingdi and bingjie's ULTIMATE SHOWDOWN #svsss

Bingdi has Bingjie pinned to the ground by her wrists as they wrestle for dominance. Bingjie's cleavage is fully out and she has her legs locked around Bingdi's body. Bingdi is wearing sweatpants and a sports bra and a necklace with a jade pendant dangles in the space between them

thinking about them now more than ever

screenshot of a tweet that says: still thinking, always, about shen-meimei & llhb binghe bonding over drinks. binghe starts in on "there's something wrong with me because i'm still scared & sad and yuan-ge is perfect so it must be me" and meimei starts to respond when he follows up with "also i've killed people"

screenshot of a tweet that says:
binghe, staring into his drink moodily: i'm not good enough for yuan-ge. it's only a matter of time before he realizes that
meimei: you're insanely out of his league though???
binghe: 😟 but i'm not good at trusting people
meimei: well that's—
binghe: plus all the murder

Genuinely like 75% of the issues in your town/city are likely to be traced back to the fact your local elections probably have a participation rate of maybe 40% and the leadership has been entirely Corrupt Boomers for the past 50 years straight

A three panel comic about Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream.

Panel 1: Gumball Watterson shrugs as he says "sorry funny valentine but i dont think you qualify as a potential mii resident". Lyn from Fire Emblem and Kyoko Sakura stand behind Gumball.

Panel 2: Funny Valentine says "this is 'bullshit' you let regirock in". In his speech bubble, there is a png of Regirock.

Panel 3: Regirock replies with "ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN 101 0101 1010 1001 0011 ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN 10 01 1001fucking book1101 ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN ÜN".

I call this “the Chik-fil-A Principle.” I stopped eating Chik-fil-A years ago and I miss it all the time! It is STILL my favorite fast food chicken! You might argue that “Popeyes is better anyway,” and I don’t think it is, but that’s irrelevant.

Oh hey, I am once again going to talk about lack of distress tolerance, specifically for shame, and how it ties together AI, the “male loneliness epidemic,” Trumpism, and yes, people’s indignation that anyone might think they’re a bad person for continuing to buy Harry Potter merch.

im grabbing your hand to tell you. it’s not too late to start wearing a mask again. it’s better to wear a mask 1/4 of the time (or whatever your percent looks like) than not at all. there’s no shame in starting to be covid safe again even if you havent been for a long time. its okay

I called this so hard. Teachers and doctors were never going to be replaced by AI. They were simply going to be reserved for the people who are rich enough to be worthy enough to be taught by actual humans. Poor people are subhuman and so they deserve subhuman education and healthcare.
