I re-made the SemiAnalysis subscription margin table, which assumed 75% gross margins, with the actual margins presented here that were about 42%. The answer is pretty rough, with just under 5% average utilization being the break-even point for ChatGPT

Shitty Google Sheets version which shows the same numbers, albeit without the break-even points.

Same doc showing 42% gross margins. At that rate no ChatGPT subscriptions make a profit at 5% average utilization.
