Just had my new outdoors bathroom installed, with space being at a premium! Think it might make a good new feature. (idea courtesy of my Swiss upstairs flatmates... Apparently it's a thing there) The alternative was to have it in the bedroom (as per the last - Scottish - owner of that flat!)

I've checked my diary and now have a SPECIAL OFFER!! During October 2026 a number of my clients are taking training, going on holidays and changing jobs, giving me more temporary additional capacity, so I can offer up to 4 discounted sessions, at £100 per session, rather than £140 per session.
Text saying: Coaching taster sessions, October 2026 only. Along with a number of logos from coaching organisations.

Publish a newsletter with lots of meaty info, barely any reaction. Publish a self-contratulatory piece with no information, 5000+ views 🤷🏻 Got to love LinkedIn and social media generally! Even though I don't get many public reactions here, still prefer Bluesky :) It doesn't hide links for a start.

Can't deny, it's always nice to see my name in print! I'm contributing, giving advice about ADHD and travel on page 107 of ADHD Magazine 🥳 Available at Tesco or and other good quality retailers. services.marketforce.co.uk/storelocator... or buy online at shop.anthem.co.uk/all-products...

Later on it says:
"One of the biggest breakthroughs has been recognising that I wasn't simply "not coping" – I was deep in burnout. With Paul's support, I've been able to understand my neurodivergence much better, develop more self-compassion, and start making changes that will help me flourish rather than just survive."

Somehow, seeing this stuff in print affects me more, than hearing about it directly. A little bit of self-publicity, but also celebrating my client and the power of coaching!
5* review which says: "I can't recommend Paul highly enough. From the very beginning, what impressed me was that there was absolutely no hard sell. In fact, I was encouraged to speak to three different coaches before making a decision, because finding the right match for the coachee was more important than winning a client. That told me everything I needed to know about his approach."

Did a post about the awesome Polish community but forgot to include this screenshot from a recent survey. I need to go and visit!! For more information about the Salesforce community over there check out my posts for some insights www.linkedin.com/feed/update/... or lnkd.in/eagXvtBt for the report.
"Any yes - true to Salesforce ecosystem tradition - the anser "Apex" has also appeared as a language known at a proficient level. It was declared by 0.29% of respondents, which only confirms that for some developers Apex is no longer just a programming language, but simply another foreign language."

Only one person blocked the fire exit this year*, and doubling the room size was rather handy, despite the competition. Loved being at London's Calling, and getting to catch up with many people and, of course, presenting with the ever-wonder Roger Farrow about Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria.

Sent a msg to a friend about cakes I'm collecting. No WhatsApp "delivered" double ticks. Has someone been rushed to hospital in the 15 mins since we last chatted? No, it was WhatsApp having a "moment". RSD is a silly beast. I'll be talking about how to recognise it at @londonscalling.bsky.social

I was at an awards ceremoney last week. But what does this photo tell you? That if I had hugged Roger Farrow sensibly (photo on the right), that would have been fine, but by hugging Roger on my own terms (photo on the left) - having sought permission first of course - we both enjoyed it far more. 🧵

As just spotted on a different platform. Happy Friday! (ok, I know it's Wednesday, but the day is going well!)
Notice which says:

IMPORTANT NOTICE
DOGS ARE WELCOME... BUT.
We are an educational mineral science company, and we pride ourselves on being accommodating to both man and beast. However, people often gingerly stick their head through the door and ask whether dogs are allowed inside, to which we politely reply "Of course", before the person brings in what is genetically closer to a horse.
Understand that we have a great deal of precious and delicate minerals in this shop, and because of this, it's somewhat anxiety inducing to have a dog that has seemingly been cross bred with an M1A1 Abrams tank meandering around the shop wagging a tail that is likely triggering tsunamis on the other side of the planet. Below is an arrow (much like the height limit on a roller coaster), if you dog is above this arrow, we recommend mooring it to a lamppost (with very deep foundations) before entering the shop. Then once you are done, you can simply ride it home and go about your day.
NOTE: If you feel you have been mis sold a hoarse as a dog, contact your local vet for species verification.

Delighted to be facilitating at Limmud again this year! I'll be helping create a space for ADHDers. Somewhere we can discuss our concerns and where we at in life. See you there? I'll also be presenting, but that's for another post!

We each have a bit of time to discuss our concerns, where we are currently in life, and then reflect and support each other. You’ll meet like-minded people discussing their ADHD - it's warm, caring and friendly!

Why don't people test their surveys? Get some initial feedback from one or two people. It's not hard. And yet, by not doing this, it totally invalidates all the rest because there are "schoolboy" errors 😔 And this is by an organisation which claims to be helping disabled people. /1
