Somehow, seeing this stuff in print affects me more, than hearing about it directly. A little bit of self-publicity, but also celebrating my client and the power of coaching!

5* review which says: "I can't recommend Paul highly enough. From the very beginning, what impressed me was that there was absolutely no hard sell. In fact, I was encouraged to speak to three different coaches before making a decision, because finding the right match for the coachee was more important than winning a client. That told me everything I needed to know about his approach."

Later on it says:

"One of the biggest breakthroughs has been recognising that I wasn't simply "not coping" – I was deep in burnout. With Paul's support, I've been able to understand my neurodivergence much better, develop more self-compassion, and start making changes that will help me flourish rather than just survive."
