The Broncos are gonna be fine. They have all the pieces to have a strong season and their ceiling is Super Bowl contender. Having one bad night at Arrowhead happens. What a yucky season debut though. They’re getting beaten thoroughly in every single phase.

A movie in which Spider-Man uses Flock-like surveillance on a whole city in cooperation with the police, doesn’t help an old man who was hit by a car, and has his arcs undercut so that Marvel can set up the X-Men has been hailed as the best live-action Spidey since the Raimi days. I don’t get it.

My only take on the pointless social media bluster around “The Odyssey” is that there’s something so existentially hilarious about a group of people having to bend over backwards to convince themselves they like a Uwe Boll movie while shunning Christopher Nolan. That’s really all there is to it.

Argentina has scored 17 goals in this World Cup. Ten of those 17 goals have come after the 75-minute mark. Six have come after the 90-minute mark. They’ve scored in the 76th, 95th, 80th, 92nd, 111th, 79th, 83rd, 93rd, 112th and 121st minutes. My condolences if you’re an Argentina hate-watcher.

My three immediate takeaways from Colorado’s primary results: 1) Not surprised by Weiser’s win 2) If Kirkmeyer is the GOP guv nom, Victor Marx might beat Scott Bottoms with hammers 3) I don’t get why the three non-Griswold Dem AG candidates didn’t coalesce around one. Jena was insanely beatable.

Risk assessments on inmates granted parole in Colorado are riddled with errors & difficult to access. When I asked the DOC for risk assessments for 6 people in Mesa County charged with murder in 2025 after release on parole, they declined. Colorado is on the verge of passing a bill to change this.
