My favorite insane-doctor-female-bias story is, my partner went to ER for an issue and the doc there while doing intake asked “are you pregnant?” And she said no, had a hysterectomy 5 years ago it’s in my file at this hospital. Guy said “are you sure? When was your last activity?” 🤬🤬🤬

While I try not to engage with JB too much cuz he’s not serious at all, this latest post is incredible. 1st he argues BK, & then entire court, couldn’t/didn’t read the briefs in the petitions cuz they can’t read 150pgs in time. 2nd he argues the MO judges aren’t conservative cuz the MO Compromise. 🙄

Also “legal authority” has never been an issue for this administration. The number of times they’ve “lacked legal authority” to do something and still done it, and gotten away with it cuz no one stops them, run to the dozens.

This is a delicate moment. It's a new day and yet so many are on edge. Our politics are inflamed, and social media only adds to the anxiety.
It seems that @elonmusk made an awkward gesture in a moment of enthusiasm, not a Nazi salute, but again, we appreciate that people are on edge.
In this moment, all sides should give one another a bit of grace, perhaps even the benefit of the doubt, and take a breath. This is a new beginning. Let's hope for healing and work toward unity in the months and years ahead.

I thought it was incredibly disingenuous to use an example from 2014 where the court makeup was wildly different, nearly half the court members have changed, and the leaning esp on abortion has gone from 3-2-4 to 6-3.
