... a comeback sauce from KFC, and that made me realize what went into Crimson Coward's sauce. The thing about comeback sauce is that while ranch and (most) other white sauces use mayo and cream as a base, comeback sauce uses mayo and ketchup. This gives the sauce an undertaste of tomato.
