A 911 call from Salem, Oregon, describes a disturbing encounter in which a woman was screaming that she was a U.S. citizen as ICE goons broke her vehicle window and forcibly pulled her out. According to reporting on the call, the woman suffered a concussion, torn rotator cuff and bruised ribs.
