On this day, “36th of July” in 2024, a student-led movement toppled a brutal authoritarian in Bangladesh. Hasina fled to India where she remains, evading justice. Adnan Hossain was at Gonobhaban & sent me this remarkable photo. I couldn’t celebrate because I was in London giving media interviews
