Whaaat? I've had to do DPIAs for projects where the purpose was nothing to do with personal data - but a DPIA was still required to state that. My IG team wouldn't let me progress until completed. How did this happen??

Hi Claire, I just had a look on support.nhs.net/service-status and the Announcements tabs but don't think anything there is applicable to you, digital.nhs.uk/services/NHSmail has some ways to seek help. Not quite sure what's up as it works fine for me. I hope it gets resolved for you soon!
