Call it a hot take if you like, but I don't think "Threshold" is nearly as bad as Trek can get. Its ideas about evolution are stupid, yes, but they're not as bad as "Dear Doctor". And it's certainly not Trek's most reprehensible episode... heck, it's not even Voyager's worst.

Just spent the better part of an hour in DRG roaming around the Dense Biozone looking for the mission's last resinite mass. Turns out it was in a tiny cavern right at the top of the map, completely unconnected to the main cave network.
