If you think you're not creative, you may not think that you can come up with ideas, which means it's not a skill you practice. Personally, I also wonder if the fact that we've made play so absent in adult's lives has an impact, too. 121
Myr @myrdraws.bsky.social · 18/06/2026I wonder if part of the problem is that culturally we've labeled creativity as only belonging to certain things (like art), and so people that aren't part of a 'creative' industry, don't think of themselvs as creative. Instead of seeing that creativity is problem solving, creativity is everywhere. 110

It feels like detail because they can, not because it has reason or purpose. It makes me worried for how visually muddy the game might be. 161
