This is just a convoluted way of asking for cat pictures. I don’t mind. His name is Senpai.

Stop. Don’t summon it. I was there when it happened. I still have the Artefacts, sealed away. It’s worse than you think it is, and if this latest one is good, it’s breaking a nigh-indelible generational curse.

A boxed copy of “Bubsy in: Fractured Furry Tales” for the Atari Jaguar, unsealed because the author actually bought and played it (to her horror and detriment), surrounded by binding crystals of quartz on each side, because the poor quality platform game for the even poorer quality platform must not escape.

We’re celebrating Sunday morning in the cottage with a Full English breakfast instead of our usual bacon sandwich. (My doctor says my cholesterol is fine, thank-you very much.) See you on stream for FF9 in a bit… When I can move again!

Two full English Breakfasts on a table: 1 egg, 2 bacon, 2 hash browns, mushrooms, toast, beans on one plate, plum tomatoes on the other, and a cup of tea visible on the right.

After I finish streaming FF9, I’m doing FF8 next, we decided. People said try the PC version with mods. I tried that. Ewww. *However*, I have some rather obscure original hardware and it’d be a shame to not use my real PocketStation with Chocobo World wouldn’t it? :)

A Sony CECHZM1 Memory Card Adapter for the PS3, plugged into both a PC (offscreen) and a Sony SCPH-4000 PocketStation showing the little startup heartbeat. 💗

She came home! #hsr #starrail I mean, look at the *hat*. She's purple. 💜 May those who roll, be lucky. (And please do so *responsibly*. I'm #f2p.)

Neat! Thank you so much! ^^ I’m just some #vtuber. I’ll try and stream on #twitch today, though it’ll be short as I have a busy weekend; I have shopping to do, a dance to attend, laundry to do (it never stops…) and a personal ritual to conduct, but I’m sure I can squeeze something brief in. :3

It’s been quite a year, hasn’t it? I still love to get in a music stream when I can, Star Rail continues to be a chill comfort, Yakuza was fun, and FF9 is every bit as good as I remembered. Thanks for chilling in the cottage with this goofy wine aunt #vtuber on #Twitch. Love you all. 💜

A little bit from the unarchived part of the #twitch stream last night — just a quiet, impromptu piano piece after setting up a 'tape echo' patch in REAPER. #vtuber 11ths are nice.

#HonkaiStarRail I did one, random, lonesome pull on the standard banner as I had a free silver ticket available, a couple minutes before the servers went down. Bam. Sudden surprise 5✦. Himeko E1! ❤️ I knew it said we might be getting a free standard 5✦ soon but I didn't expect one like this!

Well, it finally happened — my Steam account is officially 20 years old. And I've still got hundreds of games I've not even touched, of course. xD

Something better than a Spoons, really. Be it a legendary roadside motorway terrapin ‘caff’, or a lovely rustic bed and breakfast (like this one from June) - something with love into it. Or if not love, at least fried bread or a slice of black pudding. (What’s that old Usenet group called again?)

A cosy table at a rustic bed and breakfast, with a spread of local sausage, fried egg, bacon, a ramekin of beans (that’s how you know it’s posh, they put it in a ramekin, oooh), fried tomato, black pudding, fresh tea, toast, with orange juice and jam and fresh butter available. Not shown: friendly dog waiting patiently to see if they get any. (They didn’t. I was informed they had already eaten and it was a ruse: they did get a fuss, however.)

I had a lovely weekend. Bought a dress for a family wedding, bought some rough handmade dice at a gothy market thing, had a pint of delicious perry under the shade of an autumn tree. 🍂 I love October. It’s my favourite month. 🎃

OK, one more. Seeing if maybe a ripping synth solo can save this track! #music #vtuber #wip (I swear I'll be streaming shortly but I'll keep it brief because I have D&D tonight and I got all sidetracked with this…!)

Hmm… Ever had that thing where a track might end up BEING good… but clearly isn't there yet — and getting there is going to be, at least, a real journey, if it ever does get there? #music #wip (Anyway I'm going to be streaming soon #vtuber — I just really needed to get this out of my system first!)

Hi! I'm Myoukochou, a VTuber aunt from the UK in her mid-forties. 🦋 I make music, play a bunch of games, and it's lovely to meet you Bluesky! 💜

I was part of the first wave here. Curious to see how it would go. Quite well, apparently. Bluesky now has over 10 million users, and I was #48,010!

It’s Saturday. This evening 8pm UK time (BST), about 2.5 hours from this post, it’s time for another Wine Aunt Stream. FF9, probably. Me. This cheeky bottle of Portuguese white wine. #Twitch. You, if you want to come along and see a #Vtuber aunt get tipsy. 💜 Definitely not getting in trouble, no.

OK, so — instead of #streaming tomorrow as I usually do, what I'm actually gonna do is stream tonight. Saturday Night. On #twitch. Live. Real wine aunt hours. As a #vtuber. Final Fantasy 9, and Wine. 🍷 I have no idea how this is going to go lol let's find out~ 💜 See you in a couple hours…

A copy of Final Fantasy IX, and a bottle of wine called Paço do Bispo, on a wooden table next to a blue sofa.

In a tiny spot of good news, which I feel I really ought to focus on right now: at least I managed to get forgetful purple (*sometimes white) and red sword bi 5-star DPS in Honkai: Star Rail. Didn’t think it was gonna happen after losing the 50:50 but it did on my last roll!

They gave me the recap thingy. It's been quite a year — even though I've not streamed for the last quarter for personal reasons (don't worry, I'll be back quite soon… this weekend, I think?)! I'll see you around, again soon! 💜 #twitchrecap #vtuber

You see, what’s most important is: Pictures of cats.

A picture of a black and white cat draped across a dressing gown clad woman’s arm. Importantly, pink bean toes are visible. There is a desk and a joystick throttle and some wiring and stuff too.

Visted my parents today and retrieved our old game collection (well, some of it). This was not our proudest console purchase. Honestly it’s a bit rubbish but there are some solid games in there… and some legendarily bad ones (lol Bubsy).

An Atari Jaguar box (yes it’s complete and working) with 14 games including Tempest 2000, Alien vs Predator, Iron Soldier, Doom, … and Bubsy.

Let’s be honest — the app formerly known as Twitter isn’t even on my homescreen anymore, fr.

An iPhone homescreen with a background of a black and white cat, with no Twitter, um, I mean X, app on it.

It is TIME. I am going live, for a guerrilla unplanned stream, playing Honkai: Star Rail — and rolling for Kafka. Mother or Bust, as one might say. (I’m F2P and I plan to stay that way so let’s hope for the streamer luck!) Link in replies when I’m live in a few moments’ time…💜
