MYBirding @mybirding.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Had around 25 Swallow and a Sand Martin push through Barr Beacon first thing this morning and a Whinchat. Swallows cut a path lower down the hill because of the strong wind and turned SW and flew below the edge onwards. 080
MYBirding @mybirding.bsky.social · 11/08/2026No excuses from now on, second cataract sorted. The world appears to be bright again. 1190

MYBirding @mybirding.bsky.social · 13/06/2026Well that’s another nail in my UK twitching today. A couple of sightings of the Heron which was sketchy at the best and being in the right positions to intercept it both times left everybody 🤔 170

MYBirding @mybirding.bsky.social · 06/04/2026I don’t normally get too excited about Hooded Merganser, but what with all the Yanks around the country at the minute, you can’t just help thinking that this is a good one. Happy to spent a little time with it this morning. Staffs! 1100

MYBirding @mybirding.bsky.social · 19/01/2026Quick question for you! What do people make of Barnacle Geese south of their usual wintering grounds! Take the Slimbridge birds feeding on the Dumbles, wild or feral populations? I remember the ringed birds in Staffs from the Svalbard population. So folk just tick em now like feral pigeon on Bubo! 360
MYBirding @mybirding.bsky.social · 30/12/2025Had a little spare time today, had a look at the Yellow-browed Warbler at Hurley in Warwickshire this afternoon. Always a good bird to watch, called once! 0181
