wah, why, Etsy.. if you have a fair few collections, the web UX is well poor :/ funny thing; this is better than the app; to edit the collections of an item; collection list cuts off after a certain number. one has to rename the collection to get it to pop (or 'cache' item in basket, rm, readd)

the web collections interface features 22 pages of 8 items each; no overview or easily navigable display or search system. exhausting

eeh what's the fkn point, really I've no idea what to target to help the service move away from this lack of humanity I've spoken w/ dozens of clinicians, around and around and around afaicu no-one can really care and help because the service has tied their hands the fatalism is hard to avoid

why is there not an NHS Lothian/Scotland pathway for PoTS?

specifically the hyper-adrenergic subtype?

I'm so tired of feeling terror and being in crisis for weeks on end

I'm finding it hard to manage my condition, and I have related problems with addiction. the impact is compounded by PoTS/EDS/AuDHD related fatigue symptoms

I don't know who to try and resolve this issue with. I've been referred in circles for several years now

given AuDHD symptoms, PoTS brain fog, and complex trauma, I've found it extremely hard to approach this subject and advocate for myself without causing problems for by mental health

I've been considering this problem for several years. I have big trust issues with the NHS, for several reasons, this issue being the biggest

I've spoken with PASS but their advisor had never heard of the condition previously and said it would be a number of weeks until someone is available to help me

the only places I've seen that has clinician and formulary guidance relating to my PoTS subtype are located in London. I'm referring to the use of alpha rather than beta agonists

the heart does not need to be slowed down. beta blockers are a double edged sword for PoTS folk. they can certainly help with the tachycardia, but they focus on the action of the heart. my problem is with the adrenaline

I need something to stop this adrenaline. I've had a lack of support for this condition for so long. I'd like to feel that the NHS cares about all my disabilities. what team or pathway can "own" helping me and others like me?
