Monday is Mondaying. Changed my Dexcom last night, kept me up with false lows from 2 am to 4 am. I finally calibrated it & it read me higher, turns out too high. Was fine with being in the 80s in the AM, but the 2nd calibration didn't take. So here I am treating a 55 mg/dl at work.

My new record for ADHD tax is almost 1k because no refund vacation & bad generic manufacturers of meds do not mix. I have never had such a bad reaction even from Mallinckroot. Camber & Granules suck [at least now]. Gonna have to try& get a different type of medication I cant handle this any more.

I spent months trying to get an insulin pump, & now shortages of infusion sets might put me back right where I started. Dumb body reacted badly to the Varisoft & there are significant Trusteel shortages. Tandem having a proprietary set amplifies their shortages too 🙄.

I love that because my institution wont pay people enough they basically renamed my department to hire someone else & it is going to become almost entirely driven by AI bc they set it up that way. I do not have a choice. We are based off a different institution that has ~9 ppl we have 3 total.

What is with restaurants fully removing all sauces when ordering to go. This is the 3rd restaurant to give *no sauce* that comes with the meal (not even on the side), but still tosses ketchup in the bag. I wouldn't care but then it throws off the fat content requiring significantly more insulin 🫠.

Damn this was 3 months ago. So far I use significantly more basal on Lyumjev, still struggle dosing for lower carb or higher fat meals, but no longer prebolus which has been a significant improvement in my mental load. Suspect my low protein rises are covered by the basal increase.
