The Bay Area’s trains and buses are filling up again. Even experts aren’t sure why
Scenes from transit hubs can recall pre-pandemic days, before the Bay Area settled in to work from home and largely abandoned public transit.

On a 10-3 vote, CARB adopted amendments to the Cap & Invest Program that will eliminate critical $$$ for affordable housing, transit, & clean air programs. Though we lost the vote, we found new unity between housing, transit, enviro & EJ groups. Together, we'll bring our fight push to the Capitol.

The updated cap-and-invest program determines how aggressively the state will curb planet-warming greenhouse gas emissions and how billions of dollars in revenue will flow.
