In the past I would've pushed through. Sure, I would then be in way worse shape, but...I'd just push through that, too. If I had a job, I most likely wouldn't be able to work, at least not normally and with excessively reduced hours. I wouldn't have known until after my walk.

Feel better after a shower, but it really puts into focus how easy it is to believe you can push through even with a lot of pain. I was crying it hurt so bad. Took a shower, stretched a tiny bit, got hot water on it. I'm still in constant pain, but I'm not crying.

It's really cool how I can feel kinda fine, no pain flares, and then I get done with my dog walk, lift my arm a little to hang up the leash and immediately have excruciating pain in my shoulder blade. Super cool. The coolest. I wanna scream. Because it's so cool, you see.

For peeps on the #Idaho Palouse: any bird observations? I’ve continued to see a wide variety of small birds in typical numbers. But ALL doves are absent 😢 Quail pop is ~dramatically~ decreased 😢 Virtually all medium sized birds are absent 😢 No raptors seen/heard, not even on highway power poles😬
