At least the passage between train and air terminal is sheltered, so it isn't as direct in conveying its hatred for train passengers. But the point is still pretty clear. As it is in so many of the other bad US examples.

Things get a little weird at Shibuya, where subway trains continue on to commuter railway lines. But each line has its own symbol, and the numbering is sequential within each line. Also helpful that the prefix is alpha.
