Today after 4 hours of my Children fighting, I finally broke down and yelled I apologized and my 4yo goes “mom… I know you weee frustrated but moms are supposed to make their kids feel LOVED AND SAFE. And yelling did NOT make me feel loved. I knew I was safe… but I didn’t feel LOVED” 💀💀💀💀

If there’s one piece of parenting advice I can give, it’s to train your kids very early on to know that you don’t play/do activities until you’ve finished your coffee I get a solid 15 minutes every morning to drink my coffee 🫡🫡🫡
