Very proud of the swim yesterday. Paid for it on the walk today! 🚶🏻 Mrs Ohm made it too.🚶🏼‍♀️ It was harder than we were led to believe. KNACKERED!

Joined pool and gym (now Mrs O and myself have plenty of free time) First swim in 20+ years, apart from holiday plipping! 30 lengths. Very pleased with myself. Found it hard but got into a rhythm towards the end. 🏊🏻🐬

Been to visit son in Leeds. On the way home; M62 shut, A628 -Woodhead pass shut. It took 2 hours!!!! 2 fvcking hours!!!!🤬 Glad I'm not in work tomorrow (or ever)😄
