Personally I think bristles are the answer. Now, I know you probably can't 3D print those, but what you 𝘤𝘢𝘯 print is a vessel that can be adjusted to fit snugly in the fridge door, via adjustable depth using a ratchet clip systep, and then host the AstroTurf style bristles inside.

No, and also no. I have a couple of vague concepts; the core idea is obviously to stop the bottles immediately falling out when one opens the door. I think the key is going to be the printer medium used; it needs to bend relatively easily without snapping.
