Again, with vague overlapping symptoms and no clear cut diagnostics, you aren’t always going to get an answer. Sorry, that’s not how medicine works, because it isn’t perfect. And sometimes the answer is something is functional, but it doesn’t mean patients are making it up, because it’s real to them

I’m mean yea ideally we diagnose patients but many times there isn’t a clear cut diagnosis especially for vague complaints with no clear diagnostics to differentiate organic vs functional disease. Best we can do in a lot of cases is narrow things to a working diagnosis and treat via trial and error.

They do, I just had some a week ago, they taste fine initially but the more you eat them the worse they taste, and the greater your regret. Ended up just making actual French toast a few days later. The remaining sticks are in the freezer, unlikely to be eaten.
