There's a woman who runs an Italian cafe near Schuman and I used my "restaurant Italian" to order from her a couple times and now she speaks to me all the time in Italian and I pretend to understand and I think I have to learn Italian to avoid an awkward situation.

Big takeaways from doing a talk at TEDxBrussels: 👉 It's more theatre performance than presentation 👉 Memorising a 15 min speech takes me weeks 👉 I need to give 150% emotion to come across as normal on a big stage 👉 A big audience isn't a problem if the lights are shining directly in my eyes
