I think I am starting to come to terms with not just being a sadist in the pleasure sadist way. Capital S Sadism and Masochism are both the same instinct for me, but one is more socially acceptable (even within kink spaces) so I build a lot of walls around the other one.

An Atlanta artist I'm quite fond of wanted to paint me surrounded by my painplay gear. I decided to take some ref photos as examples though they are going to take their own for that personal touch. Turned into a really lovely album I'm super fond of and spiritual about tbh. Here's some favs

one of two hybrid handles. Get my light blue tape tomorrow, the second whip will be a full negative colors inversion of the first. My extra paracord arrives monday so I can begin plaiting both bellies. Tbh the bellies are the easy part it's these handles that take the work.
