Cut from this video: most of the agents didn’t care I was there, but one ICE agent did ask a state trooper to give me a jaywalking ticket for crossing an empty street while recording (the trooper laughed and said no).

ICE took Luis and his son Andrés into custody together. Then, the agency separated them transferring the boy as "unaccompanied" to ORR, which cares for migrant kids with no parent or legal guardian.
