My ★★★★★ review of Paratopic (2018) on @backloggd.com Paratopic may not be a game for everyone - and, on occasion, isn’t much of a game at all - but it manages to strike a perfect spot for me in its atmosphere and presentation. bckl.gg/vHXl

Mostenire's review of Paratopic | Backloggd

Not many games strike me as much as this one does, a work I'd describe on occasion as an anti-game. There is little to no substantial gameplay, little to no conceivable story, and at moments the game ...

with #DELTARUNE chapter 5 approaching i am thinking a lot about the weird goner bird 'normal_npc' and how its eerie dialogue progressively deteriorates till it almost seems to be trying to spell out 'W.D'.

normal_npc at the lake in chapter 4 saying 'wait, don't. wait... don't!!!'

A list of dialogue for normal_npc.

Chapter 1:
> I love reading books. Especially the books upstairs. You should really. Read them!
> I love reading books. Especially... The books.

Chapter 2:
> I love reading books. Especially... The books.
> I love reading. Especially books.

Chapter 3 (library):
> I love reading. Especially... wait. Wait. The books upstairs. The books upstairs. Wait. The books are...
> ... Wait. Wait, love.

Chapter 3 (lake):
> Don't wait, don't wait. Especially, the don't.
> Wait, don't. Wait... don't!!!

Miquella is one of the most interesting characters #ELDENRING especially because of how thematically rich and yet weirdly presented he ends up being in the DLC. Here's a video I made talking about how. youtu.be/WBYycMWIiJY?...

Portfolio update : The Mirror of Pride "She's been following me for several days; I only see her at dusk. She always stays about ten paces away. When I confront her, she claims to be my shadow. I then asked her if I was her light. She replied that I was confusing my pride with her patience."

talked to my friends about this the other day and unironically... curse-rotted greatwood would be kinda cool for a crater boss instead of the fire prelates sometimes. different weak points (the hand for melee, the other bubbles for ranged). destroys the floor which lets you reach the bottom.

This is always where it was going to go. They want control over how human bodies are allowed to be portrayed, not just nudity but in all aspects. Bluster about "protecting children" from pornography is just the wedge they use to open the door.
