I've been in my SF studio since 2002. Rent's gone up 120%. I'm gainfully employed as a #CNA, but there's no way I could afford my studio as a new tenant. My 90 yo Lady was in her apartment ~35 years. They tried getting rid of her, worked out I got her into a SNF instead. We are all #MariCarmen ✊
