New oil versus same OEM oil with just 2600 miles on it. Good motivation for me to change early and often. Apple juice vs dark roast.

“It turned out, I had made a terrible mistake: I had remained friends with someone who had appeared on Kash Patel’s enemies list. How did Bongino find out about this private friendship? I honestly don’t know. … I faced a choice: get demoted or resign.” www.lawfaremedia.org/article/good...

This is a great question, but I just don’t think there’s such a thing as “planning” anymore. That was voted out.

Again , #strava, read the room. I cannot afford the recommended upgrade at this time—particularly with the ongoing market volatility.

This #tinkercad Codeblocks design illustrates the concept of functions. The red shape on the bottom is the function, and it's "called" to form the orange parts. #makered #coding #3dprinting

A successful crumple zone crash test from this AM. 7th graders iterate their #3dprinting #tinkercad designs that plug into the yellow car. More effective crumple zones make the impact board move less. #MakerEd #EDUsky #steam @ubermeisters.bsky.social

Thanks so much for this! I use Prusa also, so this should be very helpful.

Wow, that is such a neat idea! They are 7th graders using Chromebooks, so they don’t use the slicer. However, I could show them options to vote on and we could print 3 or something like that. Would you have a screenshot or two of how you select just a portion of a print and then remove the shell?

Haha. Yes Jesse did very well. I’ll post a video of the actual impacts. Great thing is that the kids with less successful designs can redesign and retest because 3d printing = rapid prototyping.

This was a simple/fun way to teach loops in programming using #Tinkercad #Codeblock. Students exported as an SVG & inverted shape in Cricut to cut out onto cardstock for fun holiday greeting cards! Project inspired by Rob Morrill: www.robmorrill.com/blog #edusky #STEAM #coding #creativecomputing
12 colored cardstock card squares with different types of shape patterns designed using TinkerCad CodeBlocks to draw repetitive shapes using programmed loops and cut out with a cricut cutting machine.

My 8th graders are just starting to work with #tinkercad Codeblocks. Today we'll create "objects"; basically, a procedure we can call. Here, the object is "tree", which I'm placing randomly 9 times in a snowy field. #makered

Hey, so I agree with / appreciate every post of yours I've seen, but I'm unfollowing you just because of the volume of your posts. For me, a cadence of 2ish a day would be right, but beyond that, and I'm swimming in despair. Can't do it. That's just me. Thanks for fighting this fight though.
