whenever people judge you for waking up at 5am every day, even on the weekend, just know that sometimes it means you’ll be awake to get the alert that your card info was stolen & someone’s trying to place $1400 bets on the world cup with it😀

the nice thing about Catholicism is that it has featured a multitude of wars, perverts, at least one murderer pope, multiple murdered popes, and a corpse trial, so some asshole with a hairpiece is ... Tuesday.

ii. hayden

“Did they not take you to hotel?” It takes Hayden a moment to realize Rozanov is addressing him.

“They told me there was no time,” he says like an idiot. Silence drags for so long that Hayden can hear it, and he forces himself to stand up a little straighter. “I came right here from the airport.”

Rozanov shoves Marlow off him without batting an eye and pulls himself up to his feet, hands on his hips, and narrowing his eyes.

“I moved practice two hours.” he lifts his chin, almost daring Hayden not to believe him. “Figured you might want to change into something less… Canadian.”

Reminder: Tomorrow is Easter. If you have cats, do not bring any lilies into your house. At all. They are toxic and will kill your cats. Even just the pollen.

fic summary page
title: touched by you
author: morosefloweret
summary: “Nice pass,” Cliff says as he slides to a stop beside Pike in front of the bench.

“Thanks,” Pike mumbles, keeping his gaze locked on the chute leading back to the locker room. It’s at that moment that Coach calls practice, and Pike wastes no time in hurrying off the ice and down the corridor, alone and not looking back.

“What did I say?” Rozanov slams into Cliff’s back, lucky that he’s propped up against the boards, and they both remain upright. “Interesting.”

Or: When Hayden is traded to Boston, he takes it as an opportunity to remind himself that he isn't in the NHL to make friends and that no one can know his secrets. Cliff, on the other hand, can't take his eyes off his new linemate, and he's far too observant for his own good.
