Please read this, all of Bottles posts + think it through. Disclosure shouldnt be a legal requirement, let alone a burden on the trans person - the partner doesn't even need to ask! Plenty of reasons why u wouldnt bring up gender ID, or it doesnt come up. Nondisclosure is hard to disprove.

Yesterday I completed and was discharged from jury service (multiple counts of rape and ABH). Head was bent. Today I made a print out, scissors and masking tape prototype book, non stop for five hours, marched to the post office and sent straight to publisher as soon as I finished. It helped.
