You should be asking why Rockstar gets to do this and doesn't run into any issues with payment processors, while the rest of anyone drawing or writing "explicit content" on any platform have so much trouble getting paid

Commission for Tyekho 🍂 #Art

Misturu Koichi half body commission, he smokes from a kiseru seemingly leaning over a window, the background abstract with snowflakes lined on the left. He has shoulder length white hair, slightly tanned freckled skin and heterochromia his right eye being red, his left orange; he wears a green kimono busy with red and oranges leaves, red belt and earrings. He wears it casually, the collar loose around his neck shows a glimpse of his muscular body.

Cut maybe like half of the stickers I have, then switched to trying to finish prepping tiny a watercolor painting I had mostly sketched out but left unfinished for like. The whole summer. Finished the pencil sketch, started inking it but got distracted sending the EU an angry comment lmao

The bill has been opened to feedback. Rather than dooming about the proposal, you can tell them exactly how you feel about the act here. ec.europa.eu/info/law/bet... With how much of an uphill battle Chat Control is having, you should never assume it's worthless to fight these draconian bills.

Finished Castlevania, it was fine. Didn't really care about anybody EXCEPT Alucard, Dracula and Lisa tbh so I didn't get super invested in most of it. Alucard was very neat though :)

Also, let's not have any illusions about what they hoped to achieve with these demands. They did not actually want to ban depictions of hugging. They correctly identified furry as a queer community, so they made a demand they know is impossible to comply with.

Oh cool there’s a Digimon World recomp! And somebody is trying to add new Digimon to it? This sounds great. Oh, it’s entirely vibe coded with AI? Cool. I appreciate people ruining one of my favorite games by putting dogshit all over it.

CSP being pressed to take even just /kissing/ off their asset store and FA being told that plus sized characters are considered adult should be a giant waving red flag to folks. Sex workers have /always/ been right to say these policies never stop with 1 type of content. They always wanna ban more.

I've heard people make claims that AI would lead to a new Renaissance, but I didn't imagine it'd happen like this:

Screenshot of a Tweet from Pope Leo XIV. It reads:

"In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgen to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity."

If you think an artist's style looks like AI but you can scroll back through their portfolio and see them doing the same work before 2020, congrats, you're not looking at an AI grifter. You're looking at one of the original victims whose entire style AI stole.

your response to “I was raped” should not be “I was right”

4 panel comic

Panel 1:
A Purple Woman looks distraught, on the verge of breaking down. She says “that man raped me”
Orange Guy standing next to her is absent-mindedly checking his nails. He says “Wellll, I’ve always disliked him and his work.”

Panel 2:
Purple Woman begins to cry. Orange Guy adopts an incredibly smug expression and says “Guess I must just be a good judge of character”

Panel 3:
Purple Woman dissolves into sobs. Orange Guy notices, puts his hand on her shoulder and says “Aw”

Panel 4:
Purple Woman crumples to the floor. Orange Guy, looking bemused, asks “Are you crying because you’re jealous of how smart I am?”

To be fair I'm probably Internalizing The Art of Drawing Big Muscle Freaks better by first drawing the standard skinny guy and then redrawing them swoler. Like it kinda requires me to think about the proportions and whatever instead of JUST looking at the reference and redrawing it without a thought
