Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 18/09/2026It's the half-formed ideas that kick me in the arse. Are they worthy of becoming a short story? Do they fit in the novel itself? Do they become background story that never gets told but has shaped the characters? No fucking idea yet. Heh. 000

Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 18/09/2026I'm starting my first ever RPG solo journaling tonight. Have you heard of this? Tried it yet? #booksky 150

Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 17/10/2025As for the actual writing, I use pretty much everything @scribeforge.bsky.social publishes. I think I have every workbook they sell, lol! 021
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 17/10/2025It works best in Goodnotes, but there might be other options too if you don't have that app. Let me know if you want the Etsy link for it! 010
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 17/10/2025I don't know of any specific to authors or publishing, but I've been using an undated digital one for years now that has pages for allllll kinds of things. Daily diary, gratitude, social media planning, goal setting, and loads of other things PLUS beautiful blank pages you can use for anything. 100
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 14/10/2025Tell me more about what a planner for indie authors does. I might need one too! Is it to help you map out your writing sessions? Book marketing? Or is it like a regular calendar/diary? 100
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 25/08/2025LOL, when I opened the new skirts I just bought, I put on the full length one and immediately ran out to the living room to twirl it. It's an AMAZING skirt for twirling, I'm completely smitten with it. 000
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 21/08/2025Twirling is good therapy. A necessary respite from the current horrors. 💃 000
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 21/08/2025You can sew? I keep finding new reasons why I wish we were neighbors! Oh the things we would cook up together... 120
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 21/08/2025I'm normally a pants gal, but I just bought 3 new skirts I'm in LOVE with, so I guess I'm joining the overrated camp! 220
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 20/08/2025YESSSSSSS!!! I knew, deep down, you were a fancy pants! 💞 110
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 20/08/2025I figured as much, but wanted to check before just scrolling in case you had a friend who makes them I should support. Thanks! You look AWESOME!!! 000
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 20/08/2025Ooooh, that skull headpiece perfectly matches my old DnD character!! Can you share where to get it? (Or who made it?) Would LOVE to complete that character's fit! 100
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 20/08/2025I'd love to read this! Whether it ends in bloodshed or not, I'd love a story about a normal gal with a magical pet who gets kidnapped by assassins. Write it! (Or at least enjoy plotting it out for fun!) 000
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 20/08/2025Anyhoo, she made a comment about not owning any clothes that aren't "practical." But all these items are straight out of my everyday closet! I *usually* don't put all the things together in one fit like this... But sometimes I actually look like this when I leave the house for lunch or a hike. 😎 010
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 20/08/2025Trying to decide which outfit to wear to pirate weekend at the Ren Faire this year and I showed one of these photos to an online friend who only ever sees me on camera (not IRL.) Any guesses which one I chose in the end? 240
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 11/08/2025I also heard from someone else that it was a water bottle someone had forgotten up on the catwalks. Whatever the story, I'm glad he survived! 020
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 08/08/2025I was a little worried when he said something was dripping on him... 😬 My first thought was the blood rave scene from Blade. My next thought was it's so hot that the sweat was condensing on the ceiling & dripping on him. Was so relieved to find out it was a leaky fog machine! 120

Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 25/07/2025I plan on sharing some of those cut scenes on my blog once I know which ones make the cut and which don't. 010
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 25/07/2025This matches what I've learned from Secrets of Story by Matt Bird too. You may have to cut out a ton of great material because it doesn't relate to the character's problem and follow the but/then sequence. And you *will* cut it out if you want your story to be popular! 120

Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 25/07/2025Fridays are my day for working on my WIP (writing, researching, laying in grass and daydreaming, staring at clouds and letting stories come to me...) Which is one reason why I don't look at social media much between Friday-Sunday. But I'll always catch up on your posts the next week! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 010
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 24/07/2025NICE! The forests in my WIP are similar. Infested with monsters (and in certain ones) magic. Love a dark, brooding vibe... 110
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 24/07/2025You had me at "The overall vibes of the rainforest are kind of murdery…" 😍😍😍 051
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 24/07/2025My kind of place! And the complete opposite of my WIP world. 020
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 24/07/2025(There are large parks with "forests" like Central Park or Golden Gate park, but I'm not counting them in this.) The jungle in book 3 is thick, ancient, overrun with monsters and feared. Beyond that jungle are mountains of forests where realms thrive. (Like coffee growing regions IRL...) 020
Mollie Fire @molliefire.com · 24/07/202524 ~ The overall vibes of the forest in books 1 & 2 is isolated, remote, quiet, peaceful. Most people in the country have never stepped foot in one because they're far away from civilization. The ones further away are older. Closer ones were wiped out & have regrown. #JulyWorldbuilders 170
