The United States has declared economic war on some of its closest allies and Silicon Valley is itching to use the power of the state to defend its interests at all costs. It’s time for an alliance not just to combat US belligerence, but to build a different vision for tech.

Here's the speech if you haven't heard it. 13 minutes of your time. Share it with your American friends and neighbours, because they won't see it otherwise. Circulate it in Mexico and Denmark, France and the UK, Panama and Germany, Poland and Estonia, and especially -- especially -- Ukraine.

Always go first thing in the morning....hate grocery shopping, so rather get it out of the way. Less crowds.

This is very disrespectful to a country that is supposed to be an ally. What is the chaos trying to accomplish? Why divide?

Watching Christmas Vacation:proof that the holidays aren’t about perfection—they’re about burnt turkeys, exploding sewers, and 25,000 lights that refuse to turn on.

Never forget: READING FOR PLEASURE has the biggest positive impact of any factor on children's life chances. So never stop sharing books with kids. Never stop reading to them, and helping them to read. Never stop changing lives. #literacy #kidlit #books
